Tickets to Walden Theatre’s production of the gothic romance Frankenstein by Nick DiMartino and directed by Charlie Sexton are now available from the box office. The play, adapted from the classic novel by Mary Shelley, reveals how the romantic spirit, bottled in the person of young Victor Frankenstein, was willing to challenge the limits of science, medicine, and life itself.
But what price must Victor and his companions pay for his monstrous achievement? Is his ambition to master life itself a healthy expression of his will, creativity, and scientific mind? Or is it the ultimate folly?
