Breakfast is Friday. Can you help?

UPDATE:

Wednesday 8:16 P.M.

You’ve seen the first few emails about the Breakfast by now, so you know it is coming up soon: Friday, May 18, 8:00-9:15 a.m.  You also know that we have a lot to do before then, from acquiring food items to set-up & clean-up.

Because we’re holding this year’s Stage-Setter Breakfast (Click to RSVP) in the same location as our performances for the Shakespeare Festival — RIGHT HERE at Walden Theatre — we’ll need extra help to prepare.

To get involved, please contact Isaac at 502.589.0084 x 29 or via email.

Below you’ll see the schedule we’re working with. If volunteering your time on Thursday or Friday isn’t possible, please consider donating food for the breakfast. We’re off to slower start than last year on this, so we’ll need to make up ground pretty fast. We hope to have everything by Thursday morning/midday (though Wednesday is best).

Setup (and cleanup):

  • Thursday, May 17 begin 9:30pm (after the evening performance of Volpone) and going until we’re finished, planing on a couple of hours. Volunteers planning to help can receive complimentary tickets for this performance and then just stay with us after the show!
  • Friday, May 18 6:30am-8:00am (and 9:15am until we’re cleaned up)
