We’re offering the Walden Theatre community a special deal on tickets to see one of the remaining performances of Looking for Lilith Theatre Company‘s show “Choices: An Interactive Play on Cyberbullying and Suicide.”
Shows are Saturday Nov 23 @ 5:30pm and Sunday Nov 24 @ 2:30pm.
Here’s the deal:
Looking for Lilith invites Walden Students to attend for FREE if they bring a guest to see the show. Qualifying guests include parents, non-Walden students, siblings and the like.
The “Choices” production includes a short play about 15-year-old Hannah, a victim of cyberbullying, followed by 40 minutes of “interventions” in which audience members can advise Hannah or even replace her on stage. This is a superb introduction to a radical form of theatre even as student participants find ways to contend with cyberbullying and its life-changing consequences.
And this is a great entry point for some of our families of younger students to participate in our Slant Culture Theatre Festival–of which this show is part.
Hope you can make the show, and please spread the word to anyone you think would benefit from this program!
