This is the signup link for box office volunteers for our second Chekhov in the 2014/15 season, and our innaugural Staff Showcase: UNCLE VANYA.
Shifts begin one hour before each showtime, and all volunteers receive a comp ticket for the performance. If you’re signing up more than one person (a kid, a spouse with you) please select the number of signup boxes appropriate rather than indicating this in the notes field.

Anyone interested in volunteering for the Three Sisters Box Office may now sign up!
Volunteers assist Walden Theatre staff with box office cash handling, programs, and ticket taking before each performance. We need between 1 and 3 volunteers depending on the day and time of shows. Box office opens one hour before showtime–same time actors need to be here–and volunteers receive a complimentary ticket for that show. Parents and mature students are welcome!
Walden Theatre is excited to once again have a booth at the St. James Court Art Show in Old Louisville.
And yes, it’s just a week away!
We’ll have our staff there the whole time in shifts, and we encourage parents and students to sign up and volunteer as well. It’s a great time to sell raffle tickets and share your experiences with Walden, our classes, camps, or shows. Each shift is 2 hours, so you’ll still have lots of time to explore the show. And this way, you have a place you can stash your stuff or shed layers if it gets warm (or hide if it’s a bit rainy). We have two-3 spots open for each shift. Here’s the general schedule followed by links for the signup and location of the booth:
Friday October 3 — 10 am-6 pm | Saturday October 4 — 10 am-6 pm | Sunday October 5 — 10 am – 5 pm

As soon as camp starts, it’s time for friends and family to secure tickets and for volunteers to step forward to help with the box office for the shows.
Tickets are available for purchase Mon-Thu every week of your camp in the offices on the third floor. Anyone who doesn’t purchase tickets by end of business Thursday on the final week of camp will have to wait until the box office opens one hour before each performance Friday and Saturday (that’s 6:30pm for evening shows Friday and Saturday and 1pm for the Saturday matinée).
All tickets are $8 and are general admission. Seating will be on a first-come basis, and shows typically fill up so we strongly suggest you get your tickets soon. We’re unable to take payment over the phone, so you can either send your child up after/before class or at lunch time with payment (in a sealed envelope with quantity, names, phone numbers is recommended) or stop by in the morning or afternoon when dropping off or picking up.
No refunds on tickets, so please make sure you select the right performance before you purchase.
For all performances our box office opens one hour before showtime. To help us manage ticket sales, tearing ticket stubs, and some limited ushering we need 3 volunteers for each performance.
